    Registration Process

    1. How to Register

    • To register, select and click an appropriate category on the registration page. This will lead to the payment gateway page.
    • For Categories 1 and 2 registrations: Please complete all required fields under the Participant Information tab, click Register, and proceed with payment.

      NOTE: Payment must be made through the provided payment gateway to finalize your registration.
    • For Categories 3 and 4 registrations: Payment must be made first, followed by the completion of the Google Form.

      To complete your registration under the Student, USIM Staff, or MMA categories, please upload a copy of your student/staff ID or MMA membership card, along with proof of payment, in the designated Google Form.
    • After registration, participants will receive a receipt of payment from the payment gateway.
      If the participant does not receive this email within 24 hours of registering, please get in touch with the secretariat at registration@nhs2025.com.my
    • After payment, proceed to create an account at https://www.nhs2025.com.my to get updates on the events and abstract submission.
    • The email address and password will be used for future logins. The login account is at the top right or https://www.nhs2025.com.my.
      A confirmation notification of registration will be forwarded to the registered email.

    2. Fees

    • Each presenting participant is entitled to ONE (1) complimentary abstract submission.
    • An additional fee of RM100 is charged for every additional abstract submitted.
    • Presenters are required to make payment prior to abstract submission via the payment gateway.
    • All participants are eligible for entrance to all conference programmes, e-certificates, CPD points (local medical practitioners only), and an e-abstract books.
    • For presenting participants (oral & poster), accepted abstracts will be published in The Medical Journal of Malaysia (Scopus indexed).

    3. Cancellation and refunds

    • Any cancellations are non-refundable. However, the replacement of participants/presenters is allowed and MUST obtain prior approval from the USIM 10th NHS 2025 secretariat.
